Location and staff. Staff were helpful and friendly, they were willing to do all that was needed to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Location to any amenities in the Williamsburg local was fantastic a true flavor of the area. The amenities in the room were comfortable, although the modern style chair was not as comfortable for sitting for extended periods. The outdoor areas will be fabulous during the spring and summer months. Over all a great experiance we will return.
The only recommendation I would make is to provide (at no charge) water in the roomm for the weary traveler.

I like the fact that the hotel is under new management. The pool was excellent, and the servers there were very helpful and friendly. On Saturday night we loved the roof top lounge, although it was very crowded and raucus on Sunday evening. The view was extraordinary!
The showers need to have a more effective blockage for the water which, despite our best efforts, still leaked out onto the bathroom floor due to the inadequate molding at the entrance. Also there are no bedside lights for night reading. We will be very relieved when the restaurant opens again, but the food ervice at the pool was very enjoyable. As a nitpicking item, my wife cannot drinki regular coffee and there is not decaf coffee available in the hotel, either at breakfast or elsewhere.

Modern design, wifi in room, bathroom with both rainforest and flexible showerheads, nice roof terrace, nice pool, decent affordable parking garage nearby
Rooms are very small. Noise insulation is poor. We could hear both the party going on on the rooftop terrace several floors down as well as people walking normally/quietly on the same floor. Everytime someone exited the elevator it felt like they were entering the room. Bed felt like a tub.

The room was cozy and the lobby had a lovely aroma that immediately. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of eateries and shops just a stroll away.

The staff was helpful, the room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. High quality continental breakfast. The lobby was reminiscent of European hotels where we have stayed.

The location was an easy walk from the Bedford Avenue subway line. I also enjoyed the restaurants in the area. The decor and amenities were good. I would suggest adding a computer/business center.
When the fire alarm alerted several floors above my floor it sounded like an alarm going off in the adjacent room. It was not until I saw the fire truck in front of the hotel that I realized it was a real alarm. I would recommended a loud ear piercing sound so occupants know they should evacuate the building.

Great Stay with a Few Hiccups
I spent three nights celebrating with my partner. The ambiance was lovely, but we encountered some noise from a nearby club on the first floor. The staff handled it well, showing great customer service. Check out the rooftop views while enjoying your stay. It's magical!

Very convenient to our planned family activities. Subway stops, smart restaurants/bars nearby. It met all our needs for the brief stop that we made there. Look forward to the restaurant and bar opening. Would definitely book again.
